After a 30-year career in Corporate America, I decided to dedicate myself to giving back. Founding the Elevated program was a natural culmination of my career, education, and personal interests.My real education came from Corporate America itself. I started managing people very early in my career, and quickly realized that one of the most complex jobs in any company is tapping into peoples potential. And so I’ve been a student of human behavior my whole adult life.
I graduated as an Engineer and, while I was always good with the technical stuff, I was more interested in people. That’s why I went back for a graduate degree in human and organization development. At graduate school, I enjoyed Social Psychology, Human Motivation theory, Positive Psychology, and Behavioral Decision Making. I also have a love for personal development and spent many years jumping on various personal-development circuits. You will see many of these influences weaved into the Elevated program’s curriculum.
I’ve also spent decades as an amateur musician and started producing my own brain entrainment material over a decade ago.Founding the Elevated Team program came from merging my love for personal development, my work experience in corporate America, and my deep understanding of sound. These parts all combined in realizing a personal vision of helping people improve their quality of life while at work.
